Willa

Willa, Perona, and Lila came to Cameron Animal Rescue with their mother Ling. Ling was rescued as a scared street cat, and was housed on the porch of a sympathetic resident. Unfortunately, her landlord would not allow her to keep the cats, and the precarious safety that Ling had found was lost. A last-minute twist of fate brought Ling and her babies to Cameron Animal Rescue, ensuring safety for the little family. Although Ling is still quite scared, she has raised three friendly, wonderful kittens, who are now ready for their forever homes.

Willa is the shyest of the sisters. Nervous upon meeting new people and places, it takes her time to settle in and become comfortable. However, under her shy exterior is the heart and athleticism of a lion! Willa is secretly the strongest, fastest, and most playful of the girls, and the way to coax her out of her shell and win her heart forever is with a toy that she cannot resist chasing. Willa loves ribbon and wand toys that she can jump, chase, and grab. She also loves playing with her sisters, and is always up for a game with them. Willa is very bonded with her sisters and must be adopted with one of them, or with another young cat who will want to play and cuddle with her. She needs a patient family, who will give her the attention, care, and patience that she needs.

Willa is good with other cats, abut is unlikely to be comfortable with energetic dogs or young children. She has settled in quickly and become friendly and affectionate with all adults she has met with a little bit of time and patience.

Willa and her sisters are healthy. They are FeLV/FIV negative. Their adoption includes their full series of 3 FVRCP (distemper) vaccines; Rabies vaccine; Spay; Fecal testing and deworming; Microchip; 30 days of free insurance.
