Perona

Perona, Willa, and Lila came to Cameron Animal Rescue with their mother Ling. Ling was rescued as a scared street cat, and was housed on the porch of a sympathetic resident. Unfortunately, her landlord would not allow her to keep the cats, and the precarious safety that Ling had found was lost. A last-minute twist of fate brought Ling and her babies to Cameron Animal Rescue, ensuring safety for the little family. Although Ling is still quite scared, she has raised three friendly, wonderful kittens, who are now ready for their forever homes.

Perona is sweet, playful, and cuddly. She follows Lila’s lead, but is not quite as adventurous as her sister. She can be shy when first meeting new people, but she is quickly won over with petting and toys. Perona enjoys playing with toys and running around with her sisters; she often follows and mimics Lila. Watching the girls run, play, jump, and have the time of their lives will always bring a smile to your face. She and her sisters are incredibly bonded, and must be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. Perona loves toys, and can never resist chasing a ribbon, or tackling a toy mouse.

Perona is good with other cats, and has been exposed to calm dogs, but has not been officially tested. She has been friendly and affectionate will all people that she has met.

Perona and her sisters are healthy. They are FeLV/FIV negative. Their adoption includes their full series of 3 FVRCP (distemper) vaccines; Rabies vaccine; Spay; Fecal testing and deworming; Microchip; 30 days of free insurance.
